I love to cook. One of my favorite pastimes is curling up with a really good cookbook. I purchased a grain mill after attending a wonderful conference in 2001 called “What the Bible Says about Healthy Living.” It changed my life! Eating food made from freshly ground whole wheat flour gives us 40 of the 44 essential vitamins and minerals that our bodies need. It is no wonder that Jesus continually referred to Himself as the “Bread of Life.” Bread is a gift that God has given us and it is very nutritious when it is prepared the way God intended.
